ATTORNEY PROFILE

Michele J. Braun is an accomplished litigation and litigation management attorney who concentrates in business litigation, real estate litigation, mortgage foreclosure defense, health care litigation, construction litigation. Ms. Braun has represented and counseled business owners, contractors, developers, employers, homeowners, condominium owners, manufacturers, distributors as well as numerous other corporate, commercial and individual clients. Her diverse practice includes formulating and implementing risk management programs and internal policies and procedures for her clients.  

Ms. Braun has practiced before the Illinois Supreme Court and Appellate Courts and is published in the area of nursing home and construction litigation. She is a 1984 graduate of The John Marshall Law School and a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton.
